Jonatan Gómez Luna was the creator of Red Knife restaurant in Cartagena, the 65th in the international chain of hotels and resorts of Gourmet Inclusive®.

Red Knife is both a trendy restaurant and a gourmet pub that combines local produce, meats and the best of the sea to make a wonderful fusion of tastes. It offers customers a select list of wines from a range of labels from California, Chile and Argentina.

In addition to wines, there are original cocktails and the house specialty: raspaos with liquor.
